Skinverse Beauty Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Skinverse Beauty!
We want you to absolutely love your skincare and beauty products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

⚠️ Important:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are final sale and cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Opened beauty or skincare products

  • Promotional bundle items


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund once we verify the issue.

Steps:

  1. Email us at support@skinversebeauty.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product

  2. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.


4. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@skinversebeauty.com to request a return.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.

  3. Package your item securely and include your RAN and proof of purchase.

  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our team.

Note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


5. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider, then contact us.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


7. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After this period, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
