Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Standard processing time is 2–4 business days before shipment.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take 5–10 business days.
2. Shipping Options & Rates
We offer a flat-rate shipping structure to keep things simple for you.

4. Free Shipping
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on orders of $75 CAD or more (before taxes and discounts).

Applies only to orders shipped within Canada.

Total must meet the minimum after discounts are applied.
5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Skinverse Beauty is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is marked “delivered” by the carrier.

Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.

Check with household members or neighbors.

8. Address Changes & Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.

If you need to update an address within 12 hours of placing your order, contact us immediately at support@skinversebeauty.com.

After this time, changes may not be possible, and you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
9. Local Pickup (Montreal, QC)
We offer free local pickup for customers in the Montreal area.
